General Business License Application
All business license applications must be signed by Joe Anderson, North View Fire District Fire Marshall. He can be reached at (801) 782-8159
For big box stores, restaurants, and clubs a reduction in business fees is granted for on-site security and assest protection programs.
Business Affidavit - Asset Protection
Business license renewals are sent out each November and are due at the end of December.
