Complaint Form

To help maintain public health and safety, Harrisville City has a part-time Code Enforcement Officer who accepts and follows up on nuisance complaints.  This includes things such as junked, wrecked, dismantled, inoperable, discarded or abandoned vehicles; refuse, debris, garbage, weeds, and junk that would affect the health, safety and general welfare of citizens.

If you have a concern you may email Officer Archibeque directly or you can print out the complaint form and deliver it to the City Offices.  For more information on what is considered a nuisance see Chapter 4.10 of the Municipal Code.
