Vacating Utility Easement

A public hearing will be held with the Harrisville City Planning Commission on January 8, 2020 regarding a request to vacate a 10 foot public utility easement of Lot 49-R and Lot 50-R in the Brook Meadow Subdivision, a dedicated public utility easement located along the northern most subdivision boundary line, now being subdivided as the Dave Green Subdivision Lot 2-R and Lot 3-R.  The request includes vacating an underlying 33 foot Public Utility & Utility Easement identified as Entry #2130104 as recorded with the Weber County Recorder’s Office.
