Bona Vista Water Improvement District is the contracted provider for culinary water services in Harrisville. All utility billing services are provided through Bona Vista monthly and includes billing for culinary water services, sewer utility, storm water utility, street light utility, and garbage services. For new service connections, please contact Bona Vista Water Improvement District at (801) 621-0474 or via their website of www.bonavistawater.com.

Waste Management is the contracted provider for garbage and recycling services in Harrisville. Contact the City for new service connections or service requests. Garbage service requests can be filled out online by clicking the link below or through our automated message system by calling (801) 782-4100 option 3. Service area maps, which include days of service, may be found below.

Secondary water services are provided by Pineview Water Systems or the Four Mile Special Service District. For service information with Pineview, contact their office at (801) 621-6555. For service within the Four Mile Special Service District please contact the City at (801) 782-4100. Harrisville is included in the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District.
