All City Meetings are as follows unless otherwise posted:
City Council Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month
Planning Commission Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month.
Project Management Meetings are held on the second Thursday of every month.
All agendas and Zoom links can be found on the City website within 24 hours of the scheduled meeting.
In February 2000, a Shade Tree Committee was established to provide guidelines for citizens of Harrisville City regarding care and maintenance of trees. The following guidelines were set forth for planting locations and desirable trees so as to not interfere with public utilities and infrastructure. Resolution 00-02 was passed and adopted for this purpose. Further inquiries can be directed to the Public Works Department at 801-782-4100 x 1015.

The Mayor serves as a Chair of the City Council and only votes in case of a tie. Also, the Mayor serves on the Weber Area Council of Governments in addition to various other entities and committees.
