CITY RESERVATIONS

City Reservations

Harrisville City offers reservations to their park boweries and bicentennial cabin to ONLY Harrisville City residents throughout the year. All reservations are required to be made online for scheduling purposes. Paper reservations are no longer accepted at the city offices. Items to keep in mind; 

 

  • Calendars dates are open 6-10 weeks at a time.

  • Reservations are taken through a third-part.

  • Reservation availability can be viewed at the reservation links below.

  • There is no smoking, consumation of alcohol or any form of substance allowed on any city property.

  • For Non-profit Organizations, please contact the city offices at (801) 782-4100 x 1004.

City Properities Available for Reservations

Harrisville Main Park Bowery

located at 1350 N Hwy 89

is available to reserve from April 1 to September 30 annually

  • The park will be cleaned on a periodic schedule. However, the City cannot guarantee the cleanliness of the facility at the time your reservation, due to it being a public park. 

  • No bounce houses or such are allowed due to liability reasons. 

  • No water is available.

  • The Splash Pad is not available for reservations.

  • Please plan your party accordingly.

  • Due to ongoing vandalism, bathroom keys will be handed out to reservations only.

  • If you have any questions, please contact the city offices at the number below. 

The reservationist agrees to the conditions and terms during the reservation process and will be held responsible for any violation occurred as stated in the reservation policy. Failure to comply will result in reservation cost/deposit forfeiture.

Martin Henderson Harris Bicentennial Park and Cabin

located at 725 W Harrisville Road

is available to reserve all year long

The Martin Henderson Harris Bicentennial Park and Cabin is available for residents to rent. Originally built in 1976, the cabin was to be a multi-purpose and recreation building for residents. Since then it has undergone some additions and remodeling to make it more functional. It includes a kitchen facility and restrooms and has become a popular place for weddings, which can be held inside the cabin or outside in the grove of trees. It is also an ideal place for family reunions and community gatherings.

  • Maximum capacity of 150 people

  • 8 - 60" round tables provided for reservation use

  • 4 - 6ft banquet tables provided for reservation use

  • Enough chairs to seat 8 at each table provided for reservation use

The reservationist agrees to the conditions and terms during the reservation process and will be held responsible for any violation occurred as stated in the reservation policy. Failure to comply will result in reservation cost/deposit forfeiture.

 

Harrisville City Office hours are Monday – Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM and Friday 8 AM to Noon excluding holidays. Contact city offices if reservation is made less then one week prior to the reservation date or around a holiday to insure your reservation times are entered for the door locking system.

$75 Rental Fee
$300 Security Deposit

  • Check / Cash deposit prefered

  • Credit card deposits are subject to processing fees. Any and all processing fees will not be reimbursed.

  • Proof of residency WILL BE verified at the time of reservation

  • Keys for power and restrooms will be given to reservationists at time of deposit along with 2 magnetic reservation signs.

  • Tables are chained together and cannot be moved

Martin Henderson Harris Bicentennial Cabin

$150 for a meeting (no food allowed)

$200 for a small family group (food is allowed)

$650 for weddings, receptions, or open houses

$750 security deposit

  • Proof of residency WILL BE verified at the time of reservation

  • Check / Cash deposit prefered

  • Credit card deposits are subject to processing fees. Any and all processing fees will not be reimbursed.
